1. I came home from another wonderful night of furniture shopping, dinner at Panera Bread and dessert at See's and found this disaster waiting for me at home. And I say "another" because this was my second night of furniture shopping, dinner at Panera and dessert at See's night with K. this WEEK. I love Panera Bread!! I seriously could eat their broccoli cheddar soup every night of my life and since I had lunch there on Monday as well, I practically do. Anyway, this is what I found when I came home and no, this isn't the first time this has happened. And no, there was not an earthquake here tonight. My stupid (and not inexpensive) over the door shoe rack fell apart and I'm seriously not even going to try and put it together again. I need to go out tomorrow and find a new one because I'm completely over it, sick of it, done with this worthless shoe rack. It falls apart about once every couple of weeks.
Any recommendations for a new one? I have a lot of shoes so those with the pockets don't have enough room and then these with the bars don't work with wedges or flip-flops. Since I live in a small condo, space is at a premium so over the door is the best plan.
2. I did find a cute bookcase and end table but they were only available in either black or white. Would that work in my living room? I was kind of hoping for a dark but not black wood.
3. My sister & family went to Hawaii today to visit my other sister and her family. I wish I was there with them except for the fact that would make five adults and seven children in their townhouse, and then dad comes on Monday so make that six adults. J. was watching the kids tonight and said "there are 5 children in my kitchen." CRAZINESS! I need to figure out how to link her blog from here - she's a great writer AND she puts little videos on her blog as well. Such a talented girl...
Okay, I'm going to the temple early tomorrow with the Primary Presidency -- so excited! I also need to finish part one of the FABULOUS Jane Eyre so I can hurry and get part two going. Anyway, all of this means I need to finish and shut this computer off.
Have a wonderful Saturday!

Are you watching the new Masterpiece Theater Jane Eyre? Or another? Because if you have not seen that one you must! It's THE BEST ONE!
I think you should go black. I think a little bit of black furniture is like a little black dress. Something every girl/room needs. Plus, you've got lighter walls and decorations so it would anchor the room. That's just my 'pinion.
I told Phil about your Wii. He got excited, so yeah, testing it out is a must. He also said if you wanted any games he could get you a discount while he's working at Nintendo.
I had fun with you today!
