TV Review: The Office

Before I talk about my love of last night's "Office" episode, yes I exercised today so my three times this week goal is complete. Thank you, thank you very much.

Okay, the Office. I loved last night's show. I'm guessing not everyone did because it wasn't in "the office" and it was one of those watch through your fingers because it's so dang painful episodes. But here are my random thoughts that those of you who don't watch and love the Office, might think are weird and mildly obsessive:
  • Michael has to sleep on the bench at the end of the big pillow-filled bed?
  • Jan and Hunter??? EWWW!! Hunter's song reminded me of that Garth Brooks song where he went to work for that widow and "he watched her hands of leather turn to velvet in a touch." ICK ICK ICK!
  • I loved the Celebrity game and Jim purposely not guessing correctly, Angela having no idea who any of the celebrities were and Michael trying to rhyme everything.
  • Dwight's "date" with his former babysitter and how their relationship was "strictly carnal." And they looked so funny sitting on coolers or boxes or whatever Jan and Michael found for them to sit on at the table.
  • I loved how small the condo was. Their tiny powder room? Totally realistic!
  • And speaking of small things, Michael's plasma TV? So funny and yet so sad!

There was so much more but I have to get going because I'm taking a very fun field trip today. Pictures later, I promise!

Oh, my. It was truly a brilliant show. I'm laughing reading your reviews and we even discussed this in the car.
